Welcome to LuckiePet! We understand how important it is for your pet to get their new treats and toys quickly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 1 PM [UTC] on Fridays or on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping rates are based on your order total and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Estimate: 7-14 business days.

    • Some products or remote destinations may have extended delivery times of up to 21 business days.

Understanding Delivery Estimates

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of your order. While we do our best to meet these estimates, they are not a guarantee. Factors such as weather delays, carrier issues, and product availability can affect delivery times.

Extended Delivery Areas

Due to the logistics of shipping to certain remote or regional areas, some orders may experience a longer transit time of up to 21 business days. We partner with reliable carriers to minimize these delays, but we appreciate your understanding. If your order is subject to a longer delivery time, it will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via [Carrier, e.g., USPS]. Please note that larger items may require a street address.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LuckiePet is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend that you have a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary information.
